These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only to the extent necessary to provide their services and to maintain confidentiality and security.

If Real Deal Pro is acquired, merges with another company, or undergoes bankruptcy, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice of any such change.

4.3 Legal Requirements

4.5 Aggregated and Anonymized Data

We may share aggregated, anonymized data that does not identify you (e.g., "investment trends in commercial real estate," "average deal metrics by region") for benchmarking, research, and public reporting.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

• Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for 90 days after cancellation, unless required longer by law
• Deal Data: Retained while your subscription is active and for 1 year after cancellation for backup purposes
• Payment Records: Retained for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting requirements
• Usage and Analytics Data: Retained for 13 months for analysis and improvement
• Support Communications: Retained for 3 years or as required by law

We will delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed for these purposes, unless we are required to retain it by law.

6. Your Rights

6.1 Access Your Information

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you. You can view most of your account information through your account settings in the Service.

6.2 Correct Inaccurate Information

• Access controls and authentication mechanisms

However, no security system is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities under your account.

Real Deal Pro is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
